Join Anna for a relaxing session of Guided Meditation and learn techniques to help yourself relax.
Space is limited; please register.

Tuesdays from January 24-February 28, join us for a variety of Self Care workshops.  We will conclude with a book discussion of The Book of Joy by Dalai Lama and Desmond Tutu.  All participants will be entered to win a basket of Self Care items at the end of the series.  Please register for each workshop separately.
